Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and The Continental Game. By creating an account, buying a package or using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

Who we are and what we do

The Continental Game is an independent football media and player-trials platform based at Dubai Sports City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We create exposure for players, produce scouting material, arrange trials and training sessions, and introduce players to clubs, academies and agents across the UAE, Asia and Europe.

We are not a club, we are not a licensed football intermediary acting on your behalf in a transfer, and we do not employ players. We do not select squads and we do not sign contracts for clubs.

What we do not promise

  • We never guarantee a professional contract, a signing, a squad place, a work permit or a visa.
  • Where a package states that a training session or trial is guaranteed, the guarantee covers that session or trial only — never an outcome, an offer or a contract.
  • Clubs and academies make their own decisions on their own timelines. We pass on feedback when we receive it.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be 18 or over to hold an account. A player under 18 may take part only where a parent or legal guardian holds the account, consents in writing and travels with the player.
  • Everything you tell us must be true — your identity, age, nationality, playing history, medical fitness and eligibility to travel.
  • Club, academy, agency and agent accounts are reviewed and approved by us manually before they gain access to player information.
  • You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account.

Prices, payment and currency

Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout, and the checkout price is the price that applies. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our payment provider unless we agree otherwise in writing. Where a package involves travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, equipment or agent fees, those costs are yours unless the package page says in plain words that they are included.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rights, refund windows and rescheduling are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Travel, visas, insurance and health

You are responsible for your passport, visa, travel insurance and medical fitness, and for arriving on the agreed date. We can advise, but we cannot obtain a visa for you and we are not liable for a refusal, a delay, a cancelled flight or an injury. Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.

Your content and media

You keep ownership of the videos, photographs, documents and text you upload. By uploading them you give us a non-exclusive licence to store them, show them to clubs, academies and agents, and use them to promote your profile through our channels while your account is active. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, including any footage filmed by a club or a third party. Tell us to stop using a specific item and we will remove it.

How you must behave

  • No false identities, invented playing history, or profiles created for someone else without their consent.
  • No harassment, discrimination, threats or abusive messages to players, clubs, agents or our team.
  • No sharing, publishing or reselling another member’s contact details, and no scraping or bulk collection of profiles.
  • No attempt to move a paid arrangement off-platform in order to avoid fees, and no payments to individuals claiming to represent us outside our official checkout.
  • No uploading of malware, illegal material or content you do not own.

Messaging and contact details

Messages between members are kept on the platform so that they can be moderated if something goes wrong. Approved clubs, agencies and agents receive a sender’s name, role and telephone number so that they can follow up. Players receive the organisation name and website only, never another member’s telephone number. Do not ask another member to bypass this.

Clubs, academies and third parties

Clubs, academies, agencies and agents on the platform are independent organisations. Their trials, offers, contracts and conduct are their own responsibility. We check organisations before approval and act on reports, but we are not a party to any agreement you reach with them.

Our intellectual property

The Continental Game name, logo, website design, written material and scouting report formats belong to us. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform or a package is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings, missed trials caused by matters outside our control, or the decisions of any club.

Suspension and closing an account

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that presents a risk to players, or that is used for fraud, and we may remove any listing or profile that misleads members. Where money is owed back to you we follow the refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The version published on this page applies to your use of the platform, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or in your dashboard. Questions go to our contact page or +971 58 104 1105.
